I’M SICK! Of this kickstarter not being funded yet! It’s the kickstarter for some nice nice artbooks INCLUDING MIDNITE SURPRISE VOLUME 2! A bigger volume than the last one. I’ve seen pages of it! It looks rad as heck. Please fund it and let’s make this happen. Also there is a hardcover version of the book you can get!!! I was told they are not exclusive to the kickstarter, but you can get one now anyway! There is an exclusive print that is just kickstarter only. MY BAD!!!!! Reblogs would be cool, OKAY BYE

the Exquisite Beast - by Evan Dahm and Yuko Ota

A series of illustrations of a monster evolving traded between Yuko and Evan. All illustrations were done with ink and inkwash.

did you know? regular show comic book issue one comes out tomorrow (MAY 15th). I wrote it. I am writing the regular show comic book series. it comes out tomorrow and you should get it. the artist, Allison, is doing a signing at Forbidden Planet in NYC tomorrow for the release. I’m not gonna be there im just gonna sit here telling you to go out and pick up a damn copy of it. or you could get it on comixology too, probably! just a guess. pick it up. growl and hiss for it. scream and beg. destroy the store until you get copy 1. get one.

Hi, i’m gonna be at TCAF this weekend. I’m sitting w/ Benign Kingdom at tables 218-221. I’ll have the usual books, leftover Snake Boot shirts from the Calgary show, new business cards, stickers, and Original Art. Mostly comics from Gunshow. They will be about $40 a piece cus I am happy to let them loose to people who will enjoy them more than I do.

I will also have a box of Regular Show issue 1. This will probably be the first time you can get a copy of it before it officially comes out May 15th. So swing by and pick that and other things up. Thank you and see you there.

Next step: Lindsay and Alex are gonna actually animate the frickin’ thing! The storyboard is so good you guys. KC Green is so good. This cartoon is gonna be great.

this was a fun two days of doing nothing but going crazy. it felt good once it all came together in the end but starting is always hard.

panels from some zine submissions im working on this month. i used this nib to draw them. it’s an interesting nib, but tough to figure out the little details on and tricks with. to find out what it works best with, what ink, what paper. it’s like starting over again, which is hard cus you can get so comfortable w/ the normal. but i’m gonna keep at it for a bit. hopefully. maybe.

Hey everybody, we have some big news today!

These gifs are test animations from the Story War animated short! Making a cartoon was our Kickstarter’s $200k stretch goal, and I bet you thought we were bluffing, didn’t you? You totally did.

The short will be animated by Lindsay and Alex Small-Butera (who made Baman Piderman and the gifs above) and it will be written and storyboarded by KC Green (who does Gunshow and the Regular Show comic). We’ll be posting about the cartoon’s progress on this blog, and we expect it to be finished by the end of the summer.

Our Kickstarter is over, but you can still pre-order Story War here!

Hey Calgary, I’m comin 2 you and yr Expo next weekend! I’ll have the new book on sale there as well as AN EXCLUSIVE SHIRT of the above Cowboy Snake!ONLY AT CALGARY!!!! I’ll be with Topatoco most of the time at booth 922 & 1022, but I also have signing times w/ Boom! Studios! Booth #400! Friday: 5-6pm! Saturday: 4-5pm! Sunday: 3-4pm!

I’m not sure if the Regular Show comic will be there in time for the show or not, BUT WHATEVER come on by anyway.
